To accurately track projects from start to finish and analyze potential pitfalls, PCM provides CPM scheduling using Primavera P6, Suretrack and MS Project for General Contractors, Owners, Subcontractors and Architects.

Our broad experience includes, but is not limited to:


  • USACE Cost and Activity Loaded. SDEF Conversion for upload to RMS/QCS system.
  • VA Administration, Cost and Activity Loaded, including all required narratives and reports.

Fast Track:

  • Data Centers, Health Care, Educational projects to be completed over break periods required weekly updates and coordiation with multiple stakeholders.

Public Works:

  • Analysis of Critical Paths to ensure project is completed within required duration.

Recovery Schedules:

  • Re-draft entire scheudle relying on resource assignment and leveling to determine level of effort required to reduce duration.

Design / Build:

  • Conceptual, DD, Progress and Construction Schedules.


  • Analysis of delay and determination of liability. Expert witness, mediation, arbitration and trial. Change order and insurance claim negotiation.

Risk Analysis:

  • Determine scheduling pitfalls, positive and negative float, necessary and unnecessary logic to report risk of meeting project milestones and completion.
