About Us
PCM was established in 1992 and incorporated in 1995 to provide professional consulting services to the construction industry. PCM provides estimating, CPM scheduling, integrated project controls, value engineering and plan review to our clients, which include owners, construction managers, design professionals and general contractors. We hold multiple certifications including Certified Estimating Professionals(AACE) and prequalifications from the NJ School Development Authority, NYC School Construction Authority, NJ Division of Property Management and Construction, School District of Philadelphia, and State of Pennsylvania Certified WBE.
